Home Care and Cleaning

DPT provides Home Care & Cleaning to qualifying individuals in conjunction with the Department of Social Services for residents in the following counties:

• Aurora County

• Davison County

• Douglas County

• Hanson County

• Jerauld County

• Sanborn County

• Hutchinson County

 DPT Home Care & Cleaning also offers private services to clients that do not live within this area or do not qualify for financial assistance with competitive private rates.

Clients that are in need of Nursing Services may qualify for Skilled Home Health Care that can be provided by Dakota Physical Therapy Home Health Care.
